Your site template may include URLs (links) that need to be updated to match your actual site pages. If you see links in the template that you did not create, they will need to be either updated or removed.
‘Step 1: Editing Social Media Links
Quick and easy editing with the blue pencil icons
The social media links are located in the top right section of the site header
Social Media Links
Go to your site dashboard and click Appearance then Customize
Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize
You will then see your site with circular blue pencil icons next to every editable element. Click on the blue pencil icon next to the social media icons.
Click on the blue pencil icons to edit common site elements
After clicking on the blue pencil icon, you will see the social media icons are now in edit mode:
Click on the caret to edit the URL
Next, click on the caret to the right of the Custom Link text to edit the Facebook URL. Then, enter your club’s Facebook page URL. Follow the same steps for the remaining two social media icons.
Use a complete URL including the https:// part
After all of the social media URLs have been updated, click on the blue Publish button
To make your changes live, click on the blue Publish button
Your social media URLs have now been updated.
Step 2: Editing Club Name & Charter Date
Go to your site dashboard and click Appearance then Customize
Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize
Next, click on Custom Properties
Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Custom Properties
Then, edit the text for Club Name and Charter Date

After the text has been update, click the blue Publish button.
Step 3: Editing Site Tagline
By default, your site comes with the default tagline Kids Need Kiwanis, which is displayed on every page . If you prefer a different tagline, this text can be changed.
Go to your site dashboard and click Appearance then Customize
Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Customize
Then, click on the blue pencil icon next to the tagline text. An edit pane will appear on the left. Edit the Tagline text
After the text has been updated, click the blue Publish button.
